Variable rate information The APR will be based on an index plus a margin of 4% to 8% with a minimum APR of 8%. The index value plus the margin will equal the APR. 2

Annual fees $25 (per card)
Late payment fee: $30 for balances > $1,000
$20 for balances $100-$1,000
$10 for balances < $100
Over-the-credit-limit fee: $30
Foreign transaction fee: Up to 1% of the U.S. dollar amount of the foreign transaction
Minimum payment: 5% of outstanding balance or $100, whichever is greater
1APR may increase if you are in default of any provision of the OnPoint Business Credit Card Agreement or if you have more than one late payment in any 12-month period. We reserve the right to change the account terms, including APRs, at anytime for any reason. The above rates and fees are current as of April 1, 2009.
