Strengthening our communities Since our founding, our members have shared their good fortune with their neighbors, a tradition we continue today through our community programs. Our employee-managed Community Relations Committee directs donations and community participation to help empower people to improve the quality of their lives. Do you know an organization in need? Organizations we support Scholarships we support Programs and Partnerships Here are just some of the ongoing partnerships we’re involved in. Credit Unions for Kids This program benefits Portland's Doernbecher Children's Hospital and the pediatric units at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene and Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford. All funds collected here benefit children in our local communities. Schools and Foundations OnPoint supports numerous schools and educational foundations with grants, internship programs and scholarships. Financial Literacy Scholarship To qualify for this scholarship you must meet the following criteria: Graduating high school senior. Enrolled or to be enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student (at least 12 hours per term) Have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.0 Must be a member in good standing of an Oregon credit union with your own account Learn more and apply online Lois M.
