The security of our members is our top priority at OnPoint Community Credit Union. Recently Visa USA Fraud Control reported a data compromise at a card processing center operated by TJX Companies, Inc., which owns 2,300 stores worldwide including T. J. Maxx and Marshalls.

07.28.06 | OnPoint "Phishing" Scam
Recently, there have been "Phishing" scams that were initiated via email sent to some OnPoint Community Credit Union members and non-members. The email appeared to be from OnPoint. This false email invites members to participate in an online survey.
OnPoint will never ask for confidential account information via email, such as:
- Debit or Check Card Numbers
- Social Security Number
- Expiration Dates
- PIN and/or Passwords (other than your Online Banking password)

Recently, there have been "Phishing" scams that were initiated via email sent to some OnPoint Community Credit Union members and non-members. The email appeared to be from OnPoint. This false email requested that a member renew their confidential account information or their accounts would be deactivated and deleted.
OnPoint will never ask for confidential account information via email, such as:
- Debit or Check Card Numbers
- Social Security Number
- Expiration Dates
- PIN and/or Passwords
